So The Body Deli just dropped a new serum — and it's blue. Like, actually blue. Gorgeously blue. It's one of the most exciting product launches I've seen from them.
Now The Body Deli has three serums, and they each do something completely different. So let's break it down. All three. What they do, who they're for, and how to know which one (or ones) belong in your routine.
Category: REPAIR | Price: $28 CAD (trial) / $72 CAD (regular) | Skin Types: Normal, Sensitive, Dry, Mature
This is The Body Deli's original powerhouse serum and it's been a quiet favourite for years.
The Vital C Serum is all about repairing past damage and bringing back glow. If your skin looks dull, tired, or like it's been through a decade of sun exposure, and it probably has been, (no judgment - same here!) then this is the one.
It's powered by Rovisome® Vitamin C - a liposomal delivery system that gets the vitamin C deep into your skin instead of just sitting on the surface and oxidizing.
Carrot, Mandarin, Pumpkin - all packed with beta-carotene and natural vitamins that feed the skin.
Bottom line: If your main concern is "my skin used to glow and now it doesn't," start here. It's also the most affordable of the three and a little goes a long way.

Category: LINE-REDUCTION | Price: $32 CAD (trial) / $90 CAD (regular) | Skin Types: Normal, Dry, Mature
This one has been on my shelf for a while, and it's the serum I recommend when someone comes to me and says "I can literally see new lines forming and I want to do something about it."
The Nutra Peptide Serum is a targeted wrinkle relaxer. It uses peptides - specifically Tripeptide-5 - to essentially tell your skin to chill out and stop creasing so hard. (I'm oversimplifying the science, but that's basically what it does.) It supports collagen production while also smoothing existing lines.
Wasabi (yes, wasabi ... it's an incredible skin protector), Pumpkin Seed, Olive Leaf, Green Tea.
Bottom line: If you look in the mirror and the lines are what bother you most, this is your serum. It's gentle enough for daily use and it won't irritate sensitive skin - it just quietly, consistently smooths things out over time.

Category: RECOVERY - Peptide Intelligence™ | Price: $41 CAD (trial) / $102 CAD (regular) | Skin Types: Normal, Sensitive, Dry, Mature
OK. This is the new one and it's pretty amazing.
The Tri-Blue³ Complex Serum is an advanced recovery serum built around three "blue" actives that work together to repair, protect, and renew your skin at the cellular level. It's not just treating symptoms (wrinkles, dullness, redness), it's addressing why those things are happening in the first place.
The star ingredient is GHK-Cu (Blue Copper Tripeptide) - a peptide that naturally occurs in your body but decreases as you age. Clinical studies have shown it can improve skin firmness by up to 25% and reduce fine lines by 15–20% over 12 weeks of regular use.
Then they paired it with Methylene Blue - a cutting-edge antioxidant that works at the mitochondrial level (your cells' energy source) to revitalize tired, aging skin cells. And Blue Tansy - a botanical powerhouse for calming inflammation, reducing redness, and soothing reactive skin.
Three blues. One serum. Science meets nature meets "why didn't this exist sooner."
Olive Leaf, Green Tea - both packed with polyphenols and antioxidant protection.
Bottom line: This is The Body Deli's most advanced serum to date. If you want the newest science, the most comprehensive actives, and a serum that works on recovery AND renewal at the same time, then this is it. It's the most expensive of the three, but it's also doing the most.

Absolutely. Serums play well together when they have different primary functions. Use one in the morning and one at night.
But no worries if you only want one - a good serum used consistently will outperform three serums used occasionally. Pick the one that matches your biggest concern, commit to it for 6 weeks, and then decide if you want to add a second.
This is why I carry The Body Deli. They make products that actually work, with ingredients I can stand behind, made by people who care about quality over volume.
Still have questions about which serum is right for your skin? Email me. I've been doing this for over twenty years and matching people with the right products is genuinely my favourite part of the job.

I run a skincare company. And I have a confession: I've spent years telling women how to take care of their skin while simultaneously standing in my bathroom having a full existential crisis about my own neck.

You've probably seen the tretinoin glow-ups all over social media. And honestly? They can be pretty convincing. But there's a side of the story that doesn't

Finding genuinely clean, organic skincare in Canada shouldn't feel like a full-time job. But here's the reality - the beauty industry loves words like "natural" and "clean"...
