Who we are

This policy covers lilou-organics.com and any purchase you make from us. Lilou Organics Inc. follows Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and Quebec's privacy law. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, and anything you send us (messages, reviews, quiz answers). If you join Loyalty Rewards, we also collect your birthday (optional) and your points history.
• What's collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you visit and how you found us. This is done with cookies and similar tools.
• Payment details: these are handled by our secure payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To process and ship your orders and send updates
• To answer your questions and give skincare recommendations
• To run Loyalty Rewards, reviews and wishlists
• To send our newsletter emails and texts, only if you've signed up
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
• To understand how people use our site so we can improve it

Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the store, and only what they need:

• Shopify - our store, checkout, order emails, Shop sign-in and chat
• Growave - Loyalty Rewards, reviews, wishlists and rewards emails
• Omnisend - our newsletter emails and texts
• RevenueHunt - our skincare quizzes
• Boost Commerce - site search and filters
• Instafeed - our Instagram feed
• Google Analytics - site statistics
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) - occasional ads
• Canada Post - delivering your order

Some of these companies store data outside Canada (mostly in the US), where local laws apply. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and ads

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them. To opt out of personalized ads, visit Google's or Facebook's ad settings.

Emails and texts

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. To stop texts, reply STOP.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or withdraw your consent. Just email our Privacy Officer. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information).

Keeping it safe

We use secure, trusted services and limit who can access your information. If there's ever a breach that could harm you, we'll let you know.

Kids

Our site isn't meant for children under 14.
