How returns work

Get in touch at info@lilou-organics.com before you send anything back. We can't accept returns we haven't approved.

Get your refund
Once it arrives in good, unopened condition, we refund the product cost to your original payment method. Shipping costs aren't refunded.
Good to know
Opened products
Once a product has been opened, we can't take it back. This keeps every product we sell fresh and untouched for the next person.
Try a small size first
We carry lots of trial and travel sizes, so you can test something before buying the full size. Not sure what to try? Ask us. We love helping with this.
