    Designed for combination to oily skin, this Velvet Smoothing Base plays on several levels. First, it matifies. Two, it sets makeup. Three, it facilitates the application of the foundation.

      How to use

      How to Apply:

      Before applying your makeup, apply a small amount of primer. 

      • for oily skin; apply all over face.
      • for combination skin apply only to the T-zone
      • during the day, use for touch ups if needed (over makeup).
      • apply using a concealer brush or sponge.
