    Provides daily moisture. Carotenoids filter UVA + provide additional anti-aging protection when layered under SPF.

    Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are crucial to building and maintaining healthy skin from the cell membranes to the natural oil barrier. The right balance of omega-6/omega-3 oils applied topically will help prevent inflammation.

    Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), a special type of omega-3, prevents wrinkles by blocking UV- induced enzymes that destroy collagen. Spectra tests on Protective Day Oil show high levels of UV protection in the long wavelength, UVA range, probably due to its high carotenoid content.

    • Spectra-Tested-Carotenoids (Beta Carotene) + Astaxanthinprovide protection in the UVA range, delaying formation of wrinkles.

    Usage:

    Shake well. Dispense approximately 1/2 dropper and warm between palms. Smooth over face/neck/chest, avoiding eye contour area. We recommend wearing our Everyday Coverage Tinted Sunscreen SPF30 as your final daytime step, rain or shine. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult physician. Keep in a cool, dry place, out of direct light. Use within 6 months of opening.
