Cold weather shipping can be tricky but our years of experience means we have it figured out!
Although winter shipping is not as convenient for our customers - we use these guidelines to ensure your products arrive to you in one piece!
All parcels will be shipped with instructions to either:
1) Do Not Safedrop (only if the contents are fairly stable in cold weather and not in breakable bottles); if you aren't home to accept it, it will be brought to your local post office.
2) Ship Direct to Post Office - products typically break in the cold when they are on delivery trucks for the day, left in community boxes, or left on doorsteps. If the contents are in breakable bottles or are not stable in cold, we will have your order shipped direct to your local post office for pick up.

- we look at the weather (of the destination) with EACH parcel so it won't necessarily be the same if you order a few times over the winter. We always look at each order individually, the weather forecast where it's going to, and then we make our decision for that particular order on how best to ship it so it arrives safely.
What is the Lilou Rewards Program?
There are two parts to our Rewards program:
Lilou Rewards - this is a points program; you earn points with every purchase and can use those points in future orders for a variety of different savings (fictional examples include: $10 off on an order over $100, a free product, a product at 20% off). The reward options will change periodically and each will require a different number of points to redeem.
Lilou Referrals - refer a friend to us! If you refer a new customer to us and they purchase something, you'll both get emailed discount codes for 20% off a future order. Spread the word about your favourite products and we'll reward you for it!
How do I join the Rewards Program?
Customers with Lilou accounts are automatically enrolled. Please note that ordering from us does not mean you have an account with us - accounts are now optional in the checkout process. Go to the My Account link to open a new account or to log into your current account.
How do I earn points?
If you have an account with us at Lilou Organics, you'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
How do I redeem points?
First you need to be signed into your Lilou Organics account (person icon on top right of website). Once you sign into your account, you'll see on the bottom left is a link to Check Your Rewards - click on it and a pop-window will appear with all the info you need to see your rewards history, what rewards are available, etc.
To Refer-A-Friend, click on the Account tab on that pop-up window and you'll see the link to Refer-A-Friend.
How do I use my rewards:
Rewards are issued as Discount Codes to your email. Once you receive your discount code in your email. you can apply it to the payment page upon checking out when placing your next order.
