    Usage:

    Infuse a cotton pad with Blue Cornflower Water and swipe gently over your face, starting from the center of your face and moving outward.

    • To de-puff eyes, moisten two cotton pads with Blue Cornflower Water, and place one over each eyelid for 10 minutes.
