refunds

Please let us know as soon as possible if a product you have received is damaged in any way; we'll send you a return label to send the product back to us, and we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

If you want to return a product because you’re not satisfied with it, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund the amount paid for the product to your credit card (original shipping charges will not be refunded) - note that products must be at least half-full to qualify for a refund; we will not refund empty or mostly used products. Please let us know why you were not satisfied with the product and if we can help in any way to find a product more suitable for you.

 

backorders

We do not compile backorders. If there’s a product that is out of stock, please contact us and we’ll let you know when it should be available - often we may have one in stock in our physical boutique so the wait won’t be long. If you still want the item, we’ll send it to you as soon as it arrives - free shipping of course and we won’t charge your card for the product until we’re sending it out to you.

We NEVER give or sell any personal information to anyone for any reason. Your information is required in order to fulfill the transaction only. Unless you have ‘unchecked’ the box for not receiving promo material when first opening an account with us, you will receive our newsletter as well as occasional promotional emails from us. If you decide you don’t want them, simply unsubscribe at the bottom when you receive the next one.
